Job summary

FCC in Canada is seeking a Relationship Manager, Agriculture Business Financing to manage relationships with local producers, tailor financing packages, and grow a diversified loan portfolio. You will work with lending and non-lending products to help customers succeed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related field.
• Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales.
• Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners.
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships.
• Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel for customer meetings.
• Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments.

What you'll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related field
• Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners
• Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel for customer meetings
• Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments

Preferred qualifications:

• Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, agricultural or advisory setting
