Job summary

FCC / FAC is seeking a Relationship Manager, Agriculture Business Financing to manage relationships with local producers and tailor financing packages. You will combine lending and non-lending products to meet customer needs and grow a sustainable loan portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with other FCC teams to deliver customer-centric financing solutions, travel to farms and offices as needed, and build long-term partnerships in the agricultural sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related field.
• Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners.
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners.
• Valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel for customer meetings.
• Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments.
