As a Relationship Manager, Agriculture Business Financing, you’ll manage relationships with local producers and be responsible for a developing loan portfolio. You’ll work to tailor financing packages to meet your customers’ needs, including both lending and non‑lending products, and help them succeed. You’ll be part of a team that works closely with other departments at FCC. Together, you’ll cultivate long‑term partnerships, share knowledge and contribute to a culture of learning, innovation and customer‑centricity.

Required qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related field Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners Valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel for customer meetings Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments
Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, agricultural or advisory setting
