Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care in Elliot Lake, Ontario is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to conduct in-home visits and provide comprehensive community care that keeps patients independent at home.

You will assess patients, execute care plans, and maintain accurate records, with travel within the designated area and on-call coverage required to ensure patient safety and timely care.

• Registered Nurse with valid CNO registration in good standing.
• Experience in delivering community/home health care is an asset.
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to travel within the designated area.
• On-call coverage, including after hours, to ensure patient safety.

This position is located in Elliot Lake, Ontario.

In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
