Job summary

Brightshores Health System in Owen Sound is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time temporary role in the Emergency Department. The RN will assess, provide care, and treat health conditions across all ages in acute settings, promoting safety and high-quality care.

Requirements include active nursing registration in Ontario (or eligibility), BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and ER/CC experience. The position reports to the Emergency Department and offers a direct replacement opportunity with a November 2027

Reporting to the Manager, the Registered Nurse is responsible for the promotion of health and the assessment of, the provision of care of, and the treatment of health conditions by supportive, preventative, therapeutic, palliative and rehabilitative means to critically ill adults, children and infants, in order to attain or maintain optimal function.
