Job summary

Allstate Canada in Ontario is seeking a Regional Service Agent to handle service and billing inquiries by phone and in person, delivering on the You’re in Good Hands promise and supporting customers with policy needs.

This full-time hybrid role requires occasional evenings and Saturdays on a rotational basis, with a 37.5 hour work week and agency-based duties. You will work from the agency and a home workspace as needed.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
• Greater than 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must have General Insurance License (OTL) or be willing to obtain (for the province you are located in).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about their policy in a professional manner.
• Be knowledgeable of all Allstate policies and procedures in the province(s) you are licensed in.
• Provide personalized service while being a Trusted Advisor with respect to insurance.
• Promote Allstate features and benefits as part of ongoing portfolio reviews.
• Manage policy renewal process and client inquiries to make changes to their policies.
• Reply to online requests as required.
• Promote client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building during policy renewals and updates.
• Meet and exceed key performance and attendance metrics.
