Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is seeking an Inside Service Agent to answer service and billing calls, handle FNOL calls, and support policy renewals and client inquiries from a home office.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service, bilingual English/French, and a valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one. The position offers a remote work setup with a 37.5-hour workweek and evening shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
• Must have OTL or General level 1 Insurance License or be willing to obtain.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Must speak French and English.
• Proficient MS Office skills.
• This is a work-from-home role requiring a dedicated workspace.
• Evenings availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about policies in a professional manner.
• Provide personalized service and trusted advisory guidance on insurance.
• Handle policy renewals and inquiries, and process updates.
• Support FNOL calls and document loss details in the claim system.
• Upsell and cross-sell Auto and Property products per underwriting guidelines.
• Meet and exceed key performance and attendance metrics.
