Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is hiring Inside Service Agents for a fully remote role based in Canada. You will handle service and billing calls, and take first notice of loss (FNOL) calls, delivering trusted support to policyholders.

The position requires 1–3 years of customer service, English proficiency, and the ability to work evenings; licensing in the province you are located in is preferred or willingness to obtain. Benefits include flexible work, discounts, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
• Must have OTL or General level 1 Insurance License or be willing to obtain for the province you are located in.
• Must have 1-3 years customer service experience.
• Must speak, read and write English.
• Space to work from home and be able to work evenings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about their policy in a professional manner.
• Be knowledgeable of Allstate policies and procedures in the province(s) you are licensed in.
• Provide personalized service while being a Trusted Advisor with respect to insurance.
• Promote Allstate features and benefits during portfolio reviews.
• Manage policy renewal process and client inquiries to make changes to their policies.
• Reply to online requests as required.
• Promote client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building during renewals.
• Upsell and cross-sell Auto and Property products per underwriting guidelines.
• Provide support and guidance when handling First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls; document loss details in the claim system.
