Regional Sales Manager – Lifting and Material Handling Systems – Eastern Ontario

Territory : East Toronto, ON (Woodbridge, Markham, Richmond Hill, Ajax, Scarborough, Pickering)

Compensation : Base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 + 30% bonus. RRSP + Full Benefits. Car Allowance will be provided.

Job Description

Our client is a leading global provider of automation handling and clamping systems, offering innovative and efficient vacuum technology solutions across various industries. Their products are used in diverse production processes, including end-of-arm tooling for robotics, CNC machining clamps, and handling consumer packaged goods and construction materials. The Canadian office is located in Mississauga, Ontario.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will focus on the Handling System Suite, including Vacuum Lifters & Crane systems and Vacuum Clamping products.

  • Sell directly to end users or through distribution partners, supporting sales and marketing of the company's products and solutions.
  • Manage outside sales activities covering Eastern Ontario.
  • Collaborate with USA and German offices on projects, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Engage in direct customer contact, on-site visits, prepare quotations, validate applications, and test projects, liaising with Inside Sales and Applications Engineering in Mississauga.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience, with a focus on handling system products such as tube lifters and cranes.
  • Experience with pneumatics or other automation technologies is valuable.
  • Proven track record working with logistics, packaging, and automotive sectors.
  • Ability to work well within a growing team in a globally recognized organization.
