Job summary

DLF USA Inc. in Lindsay, ON is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Farm Retail to lead sales efforts across Eastern Ontario. You will oversee revenue growth, manage key customer relationships, and drive market strategies within the territory.

The role reports to the VP, Wholesale, NA, and requires a strong track record in agronomy-based sales, team leadership, and the ability to travel 20-30%. Experience with seed products and relationship-building with growers is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization skills and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets for the agriculture seed portfolio, including grass seed and specialty crops.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents and growers by understanding their needs and providing tailored seed solutions to maximize yield and profitability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market potential and expanding market presence.
