Reporting to the National Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving and executing sales in Ontario, MB, and BC. This individual will be responsible for the implementation of strategy in these territories, while overseeing 8 direct reports. This individual will be the expert on Ontario and Western Canada trends, opportunities, threats, and assessment of overall impact to the full embecta business. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to hire, develop, coach, train and motivate team members to achieve personal excellence and to manage embecta’s base business and growth opportunities across key customers and channels.
This is a remote position within Canada, but we prefer candidates to live in Ontario.
