What You Will Do
- Increase market share through direct-led sales and developing distributor sales personnel via observation, feedback, and coaching to meet revenue targets and market coverage.
- Coach sales representatives to drive growth and secure distributor engagement.
- Set and adjust strategies and tactics to meet sales growth requirements based on new information.
- Identify and pursue partnerships and opportunities to grow in the industry vertical, including new channel partners.
- Create monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and conduct sales funnel analysis.
- Drive revenue growth and minimize discounting while achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ensure full engagement of channel partners and effective resource allocation.
- Provide customer feedback to Trimble product teams.
- Collaborate with Field Systems teams to offer comprehensive solutions to customers.

- 7+ years in mining technology.
- Proven sales management with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strategic, consultative sales and closing skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive results in a high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of infrastructure markets related to geospatial data.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% across the Americas and occasionally worldwide.
