Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in Canada by expanding and strengthening customer relationships with retail partners across the region. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role guides the sales strategy and delivers insights on consumer profiles and trends to support corporate objectives.

You will lead a team and collaborate on the annual strategic plan to exceed business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of related sales experience with strong customer focus.
• 2+ years’ experience managing people.
• Leadership, relationship building, customer focus and project management skills.
• Strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task across multiple projects and customers.
• Oral, written and presentation skills with capability to present to top executive levels.
• Bilingual English and French (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative service capabilities and leverage existing customer relationships to access new and extended business opportunities.
• Conduct coaching, motivation and counseling with the Sales team.
• Build, grow and manage outstanding relationships with Vendors, Brokers, and Buyers.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales in the creating and execution of the annual strategic business plan.
