Job summary

CDS Club Demonstration Services in Ottawa is seeking a Sales Manager to grow the business by expanding and strengthening customer relationships and collaborating with retail partners within the region. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will lead the sales strategy for the CDS Sales team, provide market insights on consumer profiles and trends, and drive achievement of corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of related sales experience with strong customer focus.
• 2+ years’ experience managing people.
• Very strong leadership, relationship building, customer focus and project management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
• Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task across multiple projects and customers.
• Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills with the capability to present to the top executive levels of any organization.
• Bilingual English and French (Preferred)

• Develop innovative service capabilities and leverage existing customer relationships to access new and extended business opportunities
• Conduct coaching, motivation and counseling with the Sales team
• Build, grow and manage outstanding relationships with Vendors, Brokers, and Buyers
