Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Account Executive for Canada to sell, build, and manage Costco brand demo programs, blending strategy with hands-on execution across North America.

You will partner with Costco’s Director of Sales to shape event marketing strategy, then roll up your sleeves to run day-to-day logistics that make each event a success. This role requires 5+ years in sales, strong relationship skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience developing new business while managing event logistics.
• Strong discretion with confidential information and a strong sense of urgency.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of marketing is a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily scheduling of demo events across Costco departments.
• Build strong relationships with key Costco buying contacts to develop demo programs that drive sales.
• Partner with external vendors to design demo programs and deliver recaps.
• Own communication and policy alignment between Costco and vendor partners.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager to build event reporting.
• Work with Operations to manage client requests and changes.
