Job summary

Applied Canada, a leading distributor of bearings and industrial flow control solutions, seeks a seasoned Territory Sales Leader. You will coach Territory Sales Representatives, translate regional growth objectives into actionable plans, and drive new customer acquisition across diverse industrial markets.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Service teams to align sales commitments with capabilities, while supporting marketing events and maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years of industrial sales experience, ideally in MRO, OEM, or project-driven environments.
• 3+ years of sales leadership or management experience with direct reports.
• Strong communication across email, phone, and digital tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Territory Sales Representatives to ensure strong territory coverage and sales execution.
• Translate growth objectives into actionable plans and share-of-wallet growth.
• Drive new customer acquisition and local account growth across industrial markets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Service teams.
• Support marketing initiatives including customer events and trade shows.
• Travel approximately 60% within the assigned region.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of TSRs.
• Own revenue growth, gross margin, and pipeline development.
• Maintain CRM discipline, forecast accuracy.
