Job summary

Sysco Toronto is seeking a Sales Training and Development Manager to build and deliver blended learning strategies for regional Local Sales teams. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to boost results and productivity.

The role requires 3+ years in sales enablement or corporate training, a focus on training design, and strong knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office. Travel within the region is roughly 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement and/or corporate training.
• Experience designing and managing training/development programs (sales focus preferred).
• Strong knowledge of learning platforms, product knowledge, and training materials.
• Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose organizational needs and prioritize interventions with sales leadership.
• Design, implement, and evaluate Local Sales training programs (onboarding, product training, customer experience, account management, growth initiatives).
• Apply adult learning principles to ensure quality and consistency of learning materials.
• Develop learning tools across formats (workshops, self-study, e-learning, blended learning).
• Support Team Selling and Partnership Selling processes with content and tools to accelerate growth.
• Develop prospecting skills and sales technology capabilities for field teams.
• Collaborate with sales leaders on pricing and margin strategies to hit profit goals.
• Coordinate logistics, distribution, and calendar for training initiatives.
• Maintain training materials and liaise with enterprise resources; manage third-party partnerships.
