Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories in Canada seeks a Regional Sales & Education Manager to lead the sales and education teams across the region. You will drive revenue growth, develop business plans, and ensure strong customer partnerships while building future sales capabilities.

The role requires 3–5 years of field sales management experience in consumer goods/pharma retail, with strong analytics, CRM and training leadership skills. Travel across provinces is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• University diploma, preferably in sales and/or business administration.
• 3 to 5 years experience as a sales manager leading a field sales & education team.
• Experience in consumer goods, pharmacy retail markets an asset.
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills; proficient with dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales performance and market share for the region.
• Forecast monthly results and comment on risks vs objectives.
• Coach field sales & education teams for maximum productivity.
• Oversee Western Canada Sales Broker: strategy, KPI management, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment and training needs.
• Plan and manage regional sales budgets and campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and KAM for aligned actions.
• Prepare regional training and workshops and present at meetings.
