Campbell Morden Inc. in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and grow the sales force across British Columbia. The role focuses on coaching a restaurant and hospitality sales team, partnering with distributors, and driving regional sales performance.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in sales leadership or business development, with culinary and commercial kitchen operations management experience, and is willing to travel up to 60% within BC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing.
• 5–7 years of previous sales, sales management or business development experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience of team leads, Chefs, Sales representatives.
• Mandatory previous experience in Culinary, Cooking and Commercial Kitchen Operations Management.
• Ability to travel 60% within the province of British Columbia.
