Job summary

JRoss Recruiters in Vancouver is seeking a Store Manager to lead three Vancouver-area locations, with hands-on oversight of one store and strategic direction across the others. • Experience coaching and developing Store Managers, Assistant Managers and frontline teams.
• Comfortable balancing multi-unit leadership with direct responsibility for one store.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, labour management, inventory and store operations.

• Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing retail talent.
• Support scheduling, labour management and workforce planning across the market.
• Ensure strong standards in merchandising, visual presentation, inventory management and store operations.
• Build a team that can confidently educate customers on cookware, knives, kitchen tools and related products.
• Partner with senior leadership on business planning, promotional initiatives and market opportunities.
• Ensure company policies, health and safety requirements and loss prevention standards are consistently followed.
• Deliver a customer experience that reflects the quality, expertise and heritage of the brand.

• Able to build credibility quickly and lead through clear expectations, coaching and follow-through
• Customer-focused with high standards for service, presentation and execution
• Flexible to travel regularly between three Vancouver-area locations
