This client-facing role requires the delivery of engaging training, safety consulting, and compliance support. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Ontario health and safety legislation, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering adult education or safety training.
• Strong working knowledge of the Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Experience with safety consulting activities like audits and hazard assessments.
• Excellent facilitation and client-facing communication skills.
• Valid provincial driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive health and safety training programs.
• Conduct safety gap audits and program reviews for clients.
• Provide clear recommendations for legislative compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation for training and consulting activities.

Skills

Adult education or safety training experience

Strong knowledge of Ontario OH&S Act

Excellent communication skills

Organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office
