Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of occupational health and safety experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, retail, or similar.
• Experience delivering safety training and certification to frontline teams.
• Experience chairing or supporting a Joint Health & Safety Committee.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and sustain the Health & Safety program at the Brampton campus.
• Advise site leaders on regulatory obligations and risk mitigation.
• Lead incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Manage safety team staffing, coaching, and performance.
