Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a strategic leader to drive divisional revenue management, pricing and cost strategies. You will collaborate with Home Office Shared Services, Regional Merchandising and Division leadership to optimize profitability and customer value across product, cost, price and margin metrics.

The role focuses on margin enhancement, predictive reporting, and cross-functional coordination to achieve divisional goals and evaluate customer agreements and pricing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue management and pricing strategies.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Executes a continuous and comprehensive Divisional Revenue Management plan for the Divisions assigned.
• Creates and distributes monthly performance metrics to Division leadership showing trends and recommendations.
• Provides margin gap analysis to GM and Director of Sales with root cause insights and solutions.
• Leverages predictive reporting to identify trends, costs, and revenue opportunities.
• Supports execution of product/item margin strategies to maximize growth and margin.
• Reviews Cost of Goods components within the Division product assortment.
• Collaborates with Home Office Shared Services and Regional Merchandising on revenue opportunities.
