Job summary

Hoskin Scientific Limited in Oakville is seeking a Rental Coordinator to manage all rental activities in the region. You will deliver top‑notch customer service, maintain existing business, and pursue new rental opportunities while optimizing the fleet.

You will collaborate with sales, service and warehouse teams to ensure accurate quotes, timely deliveries, and proper unit preparation and maintenance. Prior rental experience and CRM familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in a related science discipline is an asset.
Experience in rental environments with success matching customer requirements to a broad array of products.
Experience working with CRM systems and related tools to capture customer information and rental activity.

Seek new rental opportunities, develop leads from the company website, and respond to inquiries.
Quote rates, deliveries, and terms; secure and fulfill rental orders.

Coordinate billing, invoicing, and payments; support warehouse and service teams.
