Dexterra Group in Halifax is seeking an Account Director - Facilities Management to lead revenue growth, build client relationships, and mentor on-site teams to achieve performance goals. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and operational excellence across multi-site accounts.

The position requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to travel overnight when needed. You will drive client satisfaction and long-term retention in a dynamic, growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in Custodial & Maintenance management.
• Experience overseeing custodial operations in retail and office environments is asset.
• Multi-site contract experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel overnight when required.
• Pass a Federal criminal background check and have a clean driving record.
