Job summary

Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) is seeking a Provincial Manager for Atlantic Canada to advance member engagement, regional advocacy, and stakeholder relationships. The role requires coordinating with CAMRT staff, advising CAMRT-ATL, and promoting the MRT profession across Atlantic provinces.

The Manager will work from a home office in Atlantic Canada, with travel across the region and to Ottawa for CAMRT meetings.

Qualifications

• MRT Certification and CAMRT membership.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage projects.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service commitment.
• Proficient with databases, word processing, spreadsheets and web content management; social media platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Zoom and Teams.
• Bilingualism is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Advance the profile and interests of the MRT profession through regional advocacy and relationship management.
• Maintain relationships with governmental and non-governmental partners.
• Meet with government officials and interact with stakeholder organizations.
• Coordinate informational and awareness campaigns.
• Act as a conduit between CAMRT-ATL and the national organization.
• Convene CAMRT-ATL Advisory Council and engage in regional outreach.
• Collect and synthesize member feedback and communicate initiatives.
• Support regional education events and operational planning within budgets.
• Travel within the region for outreach and CAMRT meetings.
