Job summary

Colonial Group seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead customer programs and coordinate a mobile janitorial team across designated locations. You will ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.

You will build strong client relationships, oversee budgets and training, and identify opportunities to increase profitability while maintaining compliance and safety standards. Some travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Janitorial industry or any other dynamic operational environment.
• 3 - 5 years' experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and implement customer scope of work within a designated area.
• Increase revenue from existing customers and manage a mobile workforce.
• Develop and implement plans for waxing schedules, budgets, and add-on opportunities.
• Train subcontractors and employees on WHMIS, Health & Safety and cleaning procedures.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability at store level.
• Transition new business in customer locations per transition process.
