Job summary

Dr. Clean Inc. is seeking a Field Manager to lead daily field operations for the Janitorial and Industrial divisions in Sudbury. The role emphasizes coordinating crews, ensuring service quality, and maintaining strong client relationships in a dynamic, field-based environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership experience, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple sites while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management within janitorial or service industries.
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced field environments.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
• Bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Bilingual French and English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across janitorial and industrial divisions.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and deployment of crews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time service per client standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Monitor labour hours, productivity, and costs.
• Collaborate with HR and management for ongoing recruiting needs.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
