Job summary

United Services Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and coordinate daily janitorial services across multiple sites within Canada. You will manage client relationships, budgets, audits, and KPI reporting, while coaching cleaners and partners to achieve high performance.

You will participate in planning, scheduling, and service delivery, ensuring compliance with safety policies and company standards. Travel within the territory is expected as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate daily janitorial services across multiple sites.
• Oversee customer and partner experience, retention, and communication.
• Train and assess performance of Partners and cleaners.
• Manage store-level operations, audits, budgets, and KPI tracking.
• Drive revenue and profitability across banners and locations.
• Support senior management in customer meetings and plan execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with regional teams and partners.
• Implement schedules, audits, and service delivery timelines.
• Lead Salesforce and Service Channel adoption and reporting.
