Job summary

United Services Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead, manage and coordinate janitorial services across multiple store locations in Durham Region. You will drive operations, budgets, quality audits, and partner relationships to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities include planning and budgeting, client communication, training and performance management of cleaners and partners, and implementing process improvements using Salesforce and customer platforms.

• Experience in store operations management and budgeting.
• Proven ability to manage client partnerships and service delivery.
• Strong leadership, training and performance management skills.

• Plan, budget, and drive profitability and KPI attainment at store level.
