Job summary

United Services Group is seeking an Area Manager to lead the Janitorial Services scope across multiple locations. You will manage daily operations, customer relationships, budgets, audits, and KPI performance to ensure high-quality service and profitable outcomes.

Travel within the designated territory is expected, with responsibility for coaching Partners, ensuring compliance, and driving revenue opportunities across stores and banners.

Qualifications

• Experience managing janitorial or facility services in large retail/commercial settings.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage store operations, budgets, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily janitorial scope of works across multiple sites.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as single point of contact for store-level communication.
• Monitor performance of partners and cleaners, ensure compliance with processes and safety policies.
• Plan and manage annual budgets and store-level strategies to secure profitability.
