Scotiabank in Edmonton, Alberta seeks an experienced Senior Regional Insurance Manager for Omni Channel Distribution. The role leads regional Creditor Insurance growth, coaches frontline sales teams, and collaborates with CSC and onboarding teams to drive customer outcomes across multiple channels.

You will build partnerships with regional leaders, understand product benefits and policy rules, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards while traveling within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in financial services.
• Strong sales leadership and relationship management.
• Proven ability to coach and influence sales teams to achieve results.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of insurance products and customer needs.
• Knowledge of retail banking sales channels and distribution models.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth and regional partnerships across Retail and Small Business Banking distribution channels.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and consultation to frontline sales teams across multiple channels.
• Ensure understanding of creditor protection products, benefits, conditions, and sales practices.
• Deliver engaging presentations to regional, district, team, and individual audiences.
• Collaborate with national teams to achieve business objectives and drive consistent execution.
• Support compliance with risk, Code of Conduct, and regulatory requirements.
