Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent is required.
• LLQP would be a strong asset.
• Knowledge of the insurance and wealth management industry.
• Industry accreditation (insurance license, CSC, CFP, PFP, CLU) would be an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports IC prospecting, pipeline management and reporting.
• Prepares new business documentation and completes insurance applications with clients.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and proper licensing in Centralize.
• Supports advisor education by organizing promotional seminars/webinars and CE tracking.
• Facilitates business development and client engagement initiatives across regions.
• Provides administrative and operational support to ICs, including travel arrangements and materials.
