Westland Insurance Group Ltd in Edmonton is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager to own and support client relationships and deliver tailored insurance solutions for commercial risks.

You will identify exposure to loss, cultivate strong client partnerships from sales to service, and collaborate with industry partners to provide best-in-class coverage while advancing your management experience in a growing national team.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Commercial insurance experience with Level 2 license, CAIB, CRM or CIP designation
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong time management and discretion with client privacy

Responsibilities

• Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage
• Cultivate client relationships from sales to service
• Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads
• Manage policy renewals, changes and cancellations
• Uphold a client-first focus through the claims process
• Work with industry partners to deliver tailored insurance solutions
