Job summary

CAA Club Group of Companies (CCG) seeks a motivated Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and insurance guidance in Ontario. You will handle in-person or phone inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure accurate updates in our insurance system.

The role targets sales goals within quality standards, collaborating with supervisors on processes and special initiatives. A post-secondary background and an active OTL/RIBO license are required; CIP designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of insurance sales experience.
• OTL/RIBO license required.
• Post-secondary education in a related field; CIP designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, efficient customer service and insurance advice in person or by phone, process policy changes and enter updates into the system.
• Meet sales targets by following department standards for quality and service.
• Collaborate with Supervisors; contribute to team meetings, procedures and special projects.

Position Details

What You Will Do

• Providing knowledgeable, effective and efficient customer service to clients in person or on the phone, offering insurance advice, processing policy changes and entering changes directly into the insurance computer system.
• You will achieve sales goals by working within department standards for quality.
• In conjunction with Supervisors, participate and provide input into team meetings, standards, procedures and special projects.

Who You Are

• 3 years Insurance sales experience
• Currently hold a valid OTL/RIBO license
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Post‑secondary education in a related field, and/or working towards CIP designation is an asset
