CAA Club Group of Companies seeks an Associate to deliver knowledgeable customer service and drive insurance sales. The role involves advising clients, processing policy changes, and meeting quality standards while contributing to team initiatives and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of insurance sales experience, a valid OTL/RIBO license, and a post‑secondary education related to the field. CIP designation is considered an asset and will strengthen candidacy.

Position Details

What You Will Do

• Providing knowledgeable, effective and efficient customer service to clients in person or on the phone, offering insurance advice, processing policy changes and entering changes directly into the insurance computer system.
• You will achieve sales goals by working within department standards for quality.
• In conjunction with Supervisors, participate and provide input into team meetings, standards, procedures and special projects.

Who You Are

• 3 years Insurance sales experience
• Currently hold a valid OTL/RIBO license
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Post‑secondary education in a related field, and/or working towards CIP designation is an asset
