Job summary

CAA Club Group in Saint John, NB is seeking a Regional Insurance Agent to deliver knowledgeable customer service and insurance advice to clients in person or by phone. You will process policy changes, enter updates into our systems, and contribute to achieving sales goals within department standards.

This hybrid role requires a General Insurance license (or being in process), strong communication skills, and post-secondary education in a related field.

Qualifications

• 3 years insurance experience an asset.
• Currently hold a General Insurance license.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Post-secondary education in a related field, and/or working towards CIP designation is an asset.

• Providing knowledgeable, effective and efficient customer service to clients in person or on the phone, offering insurance advice, processing policy changes and entering changes directly into the insurance computer system.
• You will achieve sales goals by working within department standards for quality.

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Note:

• Work Schedule:
  This role follows a rotating shift schedule between the hours of 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift per month from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Work Environment:
  This is a hybrid position, offering a combination of remote work and in-office presence.
