Job summary

A regional HR consulting firm is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to provide HR support to clients in Northwestern Ontario. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, delivering training sessions, overseeing compliance, and leading recruitment efforts. Candidates should have at least three years of HR experience, a relevant diploma or degree, and excellent communication skills. This position requires travel within the region.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, labor relations, and employee relations is an asset.
  • Must be able to use a personal vehicle for work-related travel.

Responsibilities

  • Create and provide guidance on HR policies and training.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance for client workplaces.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for clients and communicate HR policies.
