Job summary

GFL Environmental is seeking a detail‑oriented Fleet Administrator to support shop operations and fleet maintenance across Western Canada. You will serve as the regional administrative anchor, managing asset transfers, maintaining inventory accuracy and driving warranty cost recovery within our M5 Manager system.

This role reports to the Area Fleet Director and requires strong data entry, PO processing, and collaboration with foremen, mechanics, and operations across BC, AB, SK and MB.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in fleet or warranty admin or inventory control.
• Hands-on with heavy-duty fleet management software.
• Strong data entry accuracy and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate remotely across multiple provinces.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Fleet Director and M5 Manager with asset transfers and data entry.
• Manage asset transfers, cost recording and reporting functions.
• Track cross-branch equipment transfers and maintain regional asset registers.
• Serve as central admin resource for foremen and operations across BC, AB, SK, MB.
