Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking a Manager of Fleet Operations in West Vancouver, BC for a 3-month on-site contract. You will coordinate daily fleet activities, oversee maintenance, and serve as the main contact for staff on vehicle usage and incidents.

The role requires 5+ years in fleet coordination, proficiency with Holman or Fleetio, and strong administrative skills. A valid Class 5 license is essential. The position emphasizes reliability, vendor coordination, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or transportation support.
• Experience with fleet management systems such as Holman, Fleetio, or similar platforms.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to issues in a timely manner.
• Valid Class 5 drivers licence required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignments, scheduling, and replacements.
• Manage maintenance and repair activities using fleet management systems, ensuring compliance and timely servicing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for staff regarding vehicle usage, issues, and incident reporting.
• Track and maintain accurate records for insurance, registration, and maintenance documentation.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve fleet-related issues efficiently.
