Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee facilities management across multiple locations within a designated region. You will lead site teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Create and monitor KPIs, manage capital budgets, coordinate with regional leadership, and develop emergency response plans. This safety-sensitive role requires travel about 50% of the time and a proactive, collaborative

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Understanding of current legal responsibilities of the properties.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with Associates.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, and Outlook.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work beyond standard hours.
• Regular in-person attendance during normal working hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits regularly, review curb appeal, maintenance, and inspections.
• Work with on-site team and Regional Manager to address deficiencies promptly.
• Reinforce safety programs and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and coordinate with maintenance teams for performance.
• Assist with capital budgets, scopes, bids, and project management.
• Support client services with site inspections and reporting.
• Travel to sites as required to fulfill responsibilities.
