Job summary

Tim Hortons Foundation Camps is seeking a Senior Manager for Atlantic Canada to serve as the regional face of the Foundation. You will lead end-to-end delivery of two signature programs—the Summer Camp and the In-School Program—while stewarding restaurant owner and stakeholder relationships and ensuring strong operational standards.

The role requires significant regional travel and on-site presence during camps and school seasons, with remote work possible outside peak periods.

Qualifications

• University degree in Education or related field.
• 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in not-for-profit organizations is an asset.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel within designated area.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of summer camp operations and site readiness.
• Oversee delivery of the In-School Program across the region.
• Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance reviews.
• Build and manage regional budget and financial reporting.
• Liaise with schools, educators, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with child protection and safety standards.
