Tim Hortons Foundation Camps is seeking a Senior Manager, Atlantic Canada to lead the regional delivery of Summer Camp and In-School programs. You will steward relationships with Restaurant Owners and key partners, travel regionally, and maintain high operational and administrative standards.

The role requires on-site work during camp season and remote work outside the season, with occasional travel beyond Atlantic Canada. Strong leadership, budgeting, and compliance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree and/or college background in Education, Outdoor Experiential Education or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in program management and youth development.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead summer camp operations, site readiness, and season close-out.
• Oversee the In-School Program across the region and ensure program fidelity.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor program staff; manage performance.
• Engage Restaurant Owners & stakeholders and represent the Foundation at events.
• Ensure risk management, compliance, and accreditation; maintain documentation.
• Manage regional budgets and financial reporting; monitor spending.
