Regional Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, expand the regional market presence, and deliver effective noise and vibration control solutions. This hybrid role blends client acquisition, solution development, and regional oversight, requiring both high-level thinking and hands-on execution.
The role involves business development by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry associates, including consultants and architects, through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person correspondence; presentations; industry events; project assistance; and site visits when requested.Support for business development activities may extend across Canada as needed.
In technical sales, responsibilities include product selection, providing quotations, managing projects, and offering product and application guidance, training, and insights to both customers and consultants.
Regional management duties may involve overseeing warehoused materials, sales team training and management, as well as identifying and implementing growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
The role also includes collaborating with the marketing team by contributing insights to campaigns and creating or supporting content such as articles, case studies, and informative videos for company use.
