Job summary

RWDI is seeking a Business Development Coordinator for our Calgary, AB office. You will work with Project Managers to grow RWDI business in the region, building client connections and converting leads into opportunities.

You’ll manage regional sales plans, coordinate meetings and events, and maintain CRM data to monitor ROI and engagement. A Candidate with a Business degree and 2+ years in B2B development is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred.
• 2+ years experience in business development in AEC or B2B services.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver on commitments and exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• A curiosity to learn.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM and measuring ROI of events.
• Experience with Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales plans with Project Managers and prioritize activities.
• Identify and connect with regional clients to grow RWDI business.
• Coordinate Sales/Marketing trips and meetings, track notes in CRM.
• Plan regional events, Lunch and Learns, and follow-up in CRM.
