O'Dell HVAC Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator – Western Canada to drive regional marketing initiatives, support sales growth, and strengthen brand presence across Alberta and British Columbia. This role requires collaboration with the corporate Marketing team, regional sales, and partner manufacturers.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on event planning experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, adaptable mindset in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in marketing, events, or related role.
• Experience independently planning corporate events, trade shows, or campaigns.
• B2B marketing experience is an asset in HVAC/industrial sectors.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing events (customer appreciation events, trade shows, product launches, trainings, lunch-and-learns, networking).
• Manage event logistics: venue, registrations, catering, materials, vendors, budgets, follow-up.
