Job summary

RWDI is seeking a Business Development Coordinator in Windsor, Ontario to advance client connections and grow RWDI's regional business. You will work with Project Managers to identify opportunities, manage CRM data, and execute regional sales plans within the Windsor region.

The ideal candidate has a business degree and 2+ years in business development in AEC or B2B services, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft 365 apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred; alternative qualifications considered.
• 2+ years in business development in the AEC or B2B services field.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and attention to detail abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms; proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Grow and diversify RWDI business within Windsor, ON.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to convert leads into opportunities.
• Maintain data in the CRM and track ROI of client activities.
• Plan and execute regional sales campaigns and events.
• Coordinate meetings and travel for sales initiatives.
