Safety-Kleen in Breslau, ON is seeking a Regional Class AZ Tanker Driver. The role covers routes from Breslau to various sites, including cross-border trips into the USA. Expect 55–60 hours/week with hourly union pay of $35.26, in a union position.

The job requires valid Class AZ CDL with tanker endorsement, TDG, and cross-border capabilities, plus Passport. Travel 2–3 days per week; benefits begin after 30 days; RRSP matching after 3 months. Join a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Class AZ CDL license required with at least 12 months of Class AZ experience.
• Tanker experience of at least 3 months.
• TDG and Tanker endorsements required.
• Able to climb and work from heights; capable of lifting 50 lbs+.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (10, 13, 18 speed).
• Valid Canadian Passport required; willing to cross border to the US.
• Proficiency with mobile apps and computer software as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the top priority and follows all safe work practices.
• Transports re-refined and used motor oil to customers and Safety-Kleen locations using a tractor-trailer tanker.
• Collects fuel loads and water materials from branches and transports to Safety-Kleen recycle center.
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of tanker units.
• Placards vehicle per DOT requirements and company policy.
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspections.

This route runs from Breslau, ON to various site-disposal locations including cross border into USA (PA, OH, NY, NH, RI, IL, IN, MI,) QC. M-F Approx. 55-60 hours a week wage $35.26. MUST HAVE PASSPORT/ FAST CARD & LIQUID TANKER EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times

• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

Qualifications

• Class AZ CDL
• Minimum 12 months Class AZ experience
• Minimum 3 months Tanker experience
• TDG and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to climb and work from heights
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (10, 13, 18 speed)
• Valid Canadian Passport
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
• Must be willing to perform trips cross border to the US
