Job summary

Safety-Kleen in Delta, BC is seeking a Class 3 Lubricant Driver to join our safety-conscious team. You will safely complete all customer services along a defined route while meeting customer needs and promoting additional services, in full compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Class 3 license is required.
• Previous route experience is preferred.
• Experience selling products or services is beneficial.
• Experience providing information on products is helpful.
• Commercial driving experience is an asset.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by following all safe work practices and procedures.
• Visit various customer sites per day on a defined route.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
• Generate/provide new sales leads along the route.
• Safely operate bulk lube delivery box truck and oil tanker truck.
• Use a handheld computer daily; use Samsara daily.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Visit various customer sites per day, on a defined route;
• Provide outstanding customer service to our clients;
• Generate/Provide new sales leads along the route;
• Safely operate bulk lube delivery box truck, and oil tanker truck.
• Use Customer Service Skills on a Daily Basis;
• Use Electronic Logs Daily;
• Use of Samsara Daily;
• Use of professional demeanor on a daily basis;
• Use of handheld computer on a daily basis;

Qualifications

• Minimum Class 3 license required;
• Previous Route Experience preferred;
• Previous experience providing information on products;
• Previous experience selling products or services;
• Previous commercial driving experience an asset;
• Previous customer service skills;
• Ability to use a mobile hand held computer.
