Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five+ years in a sales-based role in a multi-location regional function.
• Two to four years in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience developing and executing strategic plans in a large, complex organization.
• Valid driver's license; insurability with the Company's insurance carrier.
• Driver’s Abstract.
• Criminal Record Check.
• Compensation: $100,000+.

Responsabilités

• Direct the Aftermarket Sales force across the assigned dealer region and AOR.
• Hire, train and develop ASRs to meet regional goals.
• Ensure OHSA compliance and safety policy adherence.
• Align with Parts, Service, All Makes Growth, Gross Profit Growth, and Sales IQ initiatives.
• Travel throughout the Region to call on accounts and support ASRs.
• Manage Dynamics 360 CRM to monitor performance of ASRs and accounts.
• Lead semi-annual sales blitz activities.
